    Kualifikasi:
    • Usia Maks. 35 Tahun
    • Pendidikan min. SMA / MA / SMK Sederajat
    • Pengalaman min. 2 tahun sebagai Leader Cook, diutamakan dari JAPANESE RESTO
    • Menguasai menu-menu makanan Jepang, baik autentik maupun fusion (Agemono, Sushi, Katsu, Butcher, Suki & Grill)
    • Dapat menggunakan komputer dan Microsoft Office
    • Memahami dalam mengontrol dan pengecekan barang dan bahan di outlet
    • Memahami sistem inventori barang
    • Bersedia untuk penempatan di Medan (Deli Park Medan)
    Job Description:
    1. Bertanggung jawab dalam mengendalikan waste di seluruh section kitchen
    2. Memastikan konsistensi pelaksanaan personal hygiene di seluruh section menjadi mentor/training dalam pelaksanaan kitchen hygiene di seluruh section yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya
    3. Melakukan stock control terkait bahan baku untuk memastikan item yang over maupun kosong
    4. Melakukan pengaturan jadwal kerja & disiplin staff kitchen dalam supervise manager
    5. Memastikan produk memenuhi standar yang ditentukan
    6. Memastikan ketepatan jumlah pengorderan bahan baku
    7. Pengecekan standar penerimaan kualitas bahan baku
    8. Bertanggung jawab dalam membuat laporan tentang operasional kitchen outlet
    9. Melakukan stock inventory/stock opname di area kitchen secara harian, mingguan dan bulanan
    10. Memahami dan melakukan evaluasi kemampuan/performa/kinerja individu staf
